Each seller is responsible for fulfilling their orders and managing returns or refunds according to their own store policy. However, Quinzoo ensures that all sellers comply with our Marketplace Refund Standards to provide a consistent and trustworthy shopping experience.

 


 

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

 

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe.

 

To qualify for a return, items must generally be:

 

  • In their original condition (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging), unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Please note that some products are non-returnable, including:

 

  • Digital downloads or services

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items labeled as final sale or non-returnable

 

 


 

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

 

To start a return or refund request:

 

  1. Go to Your Orders in your Quinzoo account.

  2. Select the order in question and click Request Return or Refund.

  3. Provide details and, if applicable, upload photos showing any defects or issues.

  4. The seller will review your request within 3–5 business days.

 

If the seller does not respond within that time, Quinzoo Support may step in to assist with the resolution.

 


 

 

4. Refund Processing

 

Once a refund is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • In cases where a return is not required (e.g., item never delivered), processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to a seller error (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

 

 


 

 

5. Seller Responsibilities

 

Sellers on Quinzoo must:

 

  • Clearly display their individual return and refund policies on their store page.

  • Accept returns for items that do not match their listing description or arrive damaged.

  • Process refunds promptly upon approval of a return.

 

Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the Quinzoo marketplace.

 


 

 

6. Dispute Resolution

 

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a return or refund issue, Quinzoo’s Resolution Team may intervene.

Our mediation decisions are based on:

 

  • Proof of purchase and delivery

  • Communication records between buyer and seller

  • Photos or evidence provided by both parties

 

All decisions made through Quinzoo mediation are final.
