It begins with head notes of mint, lavender, cardamom, bergamot, and artemisia, followed by heart notes of cinnamon, orange blossom, and caraway. Base notes of vanilla, tonka bean, amber, sandalwood, and cedar end this work.

Perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, who was with Quest at the time, created this fragrance, which was Gaultier’s first men’s scent. Good for fall and winter evening wear, this cologne has very long-lasting longevity and heavy sillage.
